A dreamlike, candy-pink jam made from a truly unique heritage crop. Forced rhubarb is harvested by candlelight within the forcing huts in West Yorkshire.
The bright pink vegetable creates a delicate, slightly tart rhubarb jam that excels in any scenario, from being spooned into natural yoghurt or being slathered across cakes and pastries.
This preserve is only made once a year, during the season between January and March, so we only have a limited supply of stock available.
