Job Description:
Plays a crucial role in the kitchen within a small factory setting. Needs to be comfortable using commercial machinery (training will be provided), which can at times be noisy. Responsible for line managing the assistant and supporting the CEO’s by performing various tasks.

We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Is a great communicator
- Is comfortable working on their feet and physical lifting
- Has previous experience handling food
- Is diligent and ensures everything is up to standard
- Has high personal hygiene standards
- Ideally, has experience leading others in a team environment
- Is reliable and ensures deadlines and quality standards are met
- Is comfortable working independently and takes initiative
