Founded in 2001 by Sky Cracknell and Kai Knutsen, England Preserves has grown out of a passion for agriculture and it’s produce. Retaining the specificity associated with preserves made in domestic batches, Sky and Kai grew a business recognised and valued by the high-end hospitality community of London.

England Preserves retail products appeal to customers whose purchases are a conscious reflection on taste, emphasising aesthetic connection to nature rather than mere sustenance.

Embedded in and imbued with the English connection to bakery and the meal where we ‘take tea’, England Preserves offers the consumer the opportunity to participate in this ritual that is about pleasure and human connection. With crumpets in winter or scones in the warm June sun, England Preserves, jams and chutneys elevate the occasion in a way that is accessible in format and price.

England Preserves offers formats for different uses: 1 kg jars for hospitality 212ml jars for retail 25g jars for single servings, perfect for gifting and hospitality.

We also create white label ranges with clients often creating bespoke recipes for specific events, such as Christmas, Mothers’ Day and Easter and seasonal marketing events.
