the fruits of our labour
We source our fruit from local, sustainable, family-run farms.
Beautiful summer berries from Essex, startlingly pink rhubarb from Yorkshire & perfect pears from Kent.
And, when the temperature drops and English fruit stops falling, we sustainably ship in our beautiful citrus from further afield.
Wonderful lemons, grapefruits and blood oranges direct from the foothills of Etna, bitter oranges straight from Seville.
To make the best jam, you must use the best fruit.
